A Septugenarian Plays in the Sandbox

There is so much wonderful stuff to play with that I'm requesting a 36 hour day from the universe. (Oh, yeah...?) De.lici.cius really is. I've skimmed through so many great website ... and lost them. Now I can retain what I want. Which probably means I'll have an unmanageable collection before long. What I can take away? Possibilities unlimited. Twitter, blogger, etc. I've attended the Internet Librarian and heard and "saw" these applications but still felt distanced from them. Now I see possibilities.

I can link to websites, articles, blogs which would make the library more relevant to more people.

How to use a blog in my library. There's a possibility that I can use this to inform my "clients" about new websites which would be of interest to their work.

As to how to utilize feeds and/or social bookmarking for reference or marketing, I don't know yet but the answer is probably similar to the blog reference.

The feed readers will be a super way to access material fast and pass it along. I would probably be a gatekeeper.
